Burgundy

Burgundy and its Pinots Noirs has delighted the whole world with its great wines of historic renown !

84 AOC make up the Burgundy region. The premiers and grands crus are often the most sought after, but there are also some very fine vintages in the Region or in the Villages.

The climates of the Burgundy vineyard have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015, thus highlighting the Côtes de Beaune and Côtes de Nuits as well as the cities of Dijon and Beaune. In Burgundy, the Climat refers to a parcel of vines delimited by man and recognized by name for centuries. Each climate has its own hydrometric and geological characteristics and a particular exposure. Each climat production is vinified separately, and the wine thus takes the name of the climat from which it comes.

Find here our selection of more or less old red Burgundy wines: Echezeaux, Latricières-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis, Pommard, Chambolle-Musigny, Gevrey-Chambertin, Bonnes Mares, Chambertin, ... and many others from famous winegrowers like Denis Mortet, Jean Grivot, Faiveley, or even Bouchard Père et Fils.
