ECHEZEAUX GRAND CRU 2010 - DOMAINE NUDANT
This Grand Cru is located in the town of Flagey-Echezeaux, north of Nuits-Saint-Georges and below Clos de Vougeot (stronghold of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin).
This plot, operated by the estate since 2005, is one of the jewels of the Côte de Nuits.
100% Pinot Noir, this cuvée is produced from vines over 50 years old and in very small quantities (3000 bottles).
This wine is fleshy and has a very nice persistence, with aromatic notes of cherries and undergrowth.
Custody time: 10 to 15 years.
Food and wine pairing: Red meats in sauce, game, Burgundy cheeses
