The wines of this producer are textbook cases. Perfect for understanding the climates of Bourgognes. This Echezeaux is no exception. The wine is concentrated, round and fruity. We feel a very light barrel very well proportioned in underline.
If you want to understand why the Grands Crus of the Côte de Nuits are so sought after, taste this wine.
A slight aeration period of one hour before tasting will allow it to express itself at best.
