From the Château Simone Blanc, Rosé and Red Châteaux, this is the red that we have chosen to offer you at WUAT.
The red wines of Château Simone have a bouquet of great complexity, fleshy, rich in tannins, they are wines with superb aging potential!
The average vineyard is 50 years old, but some plots are over a century old.
It is composed of Grenache at 45%, Mourvèdre at 30%, Cinsaut at 5% for the main grape varieties, the remaining 20% are divided between "secondary" grape varieties such as Syrah, Castet, Manosquin, Carignan, and Muscats various.
