The 2003 vintage is fairly decent in all regions.
The Margaux lack a little density but the Saint-Estèphes and Pauillacs are superb! In the Graves, the cabernet sauvignons are successful.
Great successes in Saint-Emilion.
In Sauternes, it is a rich vintage.
In Burgundy, there are low yields, the quality is heterogeneous, but there are dense and complex wines on the reds and high density on the whites.
We note the concentration on the Champagne cuvées, the Chardonnay is however less successful this year.
In the Rhône Valley, certain terroirs have suffered from the heat but there are very concentrated wines and superb Châteauneufs.
