Quite rare fact for this type of cuvée, it is a vinification in whole bunches (the raffles and the grains are pressed and fermented at the same time to extract the tannins and the particular aromas of the raffle)
This wine is thus very concentrated, tannic, with typical notes of very ripe black fruits and earth.
If you are in a hurry, a short decanting in a carafe is essential. But the best will probably be to taste it slowly. If you want the ultimate marriage, pair it with a braised potato sprinkled with a few thin slices of black truffles.
