Nuits-St-Georges 1989 Magnum - Domaine Jean Petitot

Presentation of the domain:

Domaine Jean Petitot, located in Corgoloin, south of Côte de Nuits in Burgundy, is a family estate with a long wine-growing history. With an area of 8.60 hectares, the estate is renowned for its traditional know-how and its commitment to the quality of the wines. Ranked among the best producers in the region, he perpetuates the ancestral know-how transmitted from generation to generation. “The vine decides, the winegrower accompanies it”

Presentation of the Côte de Nuits-Villages cuvée:

The Nuits-St-Georges cuvée is a pride of the Jean Petitot estate. It is an emblematic cuvée which embodies the exceptional terroir of Nuits-Saint-Georges and more precisely the climate of 0.97ha "les Poisets". Aged in oak barrels for 12 months, this wine offers remarkable aromatic complexity and tannic structure. The Nuits-St-Georges cuvée is the result of meticulous work and particular attention to each stage of vinification.
