Beaune Teurons 1er cru 2006 - Albert Morot
100% Pinot Noir low yield of 33 HL/HA
16 Month aging, 30% new vats
Looking for a structured Beaune 1er cru ?
This "Les Teurons" 1er cru 2006 will suit you.
Although complicated, the 2006 vintage is a beautiful discovery.
The slightly late harvest (September 25) of the grapes, due to a capricious end of summer, allowed an intense concentration of tannins. An important sorting was however necessary. The following long aging brought cocoa and toasted notes.
The wine is pure and racy, its structure is ample and the attack focused on red fruits aromas.
We advise you to wake up this wine a little before serving it. A prior opening of 30 minutes will be essential.
Have a good tasting.
