Beaune 1er Cru "Grèves" 2011 - Château de Pommard
Château de Pommard is now owned by the Carabello-Baum's family, who moved to Burgundy from San Francisco in 2014. That same year, the estate began its organic and biodynamic conversion. The first totally biodynamic vintage will be marketed in 2022.
Before that, the Clos Marey-Monge 2019 was the first 2019 vintage to be certified organic, this proves the estate's commitment to going towards the most natural and the most respectful of the terroir and its environment.
This wine was produced at Château de Pommard. Each stage of vinification prolongs and completes the expression of the terroir, the appellation and the vintage. The Domaine's signature carries the promise of a great tasting moment.
