Terroir: Clay and limestone soil, shallow and very stony. Southern exposure
Situation: The plots are located in the town of Auxey-Duresses (which is pronounced "Ossé-durez" you are welcome). These terroirs are an extension of Volnay and Monthelie and announce the vineyards of Meursault and Puligny.
Vineyard of 0.46 ha, vines of 52 years of average age cultivated in sustainable viticulture.
Vinification: 50% destemmed grapes to balance the fruit and the tannic material. 12-day maceration with pumping over. Aging for 15 months in oak barrels, 25% of which are new barrels.
