Gevrey-Chambertin 1995 - J.P Guyon

The Guyon estate, located in Vosne-Romanée, has existed since 1987. This small 6 hectare estate mainly produces wines in the Côte de Nuits but also has some vines in the Côte de Beaune.

Always oriented towards a culture that respects the vine and nature, the estate completely turned to organic farming in the 2000s. Ecocert organic accreditation was obtained in 2009.

All the cuvées are made in whole harvest, giving the wine an important tannic structure and a good aptitude for aging.

It is normal for a wine bottled using old methods to have a slight natural deposit, this one, frequent in healthy and well-formed quality wines, is only the reflection of natural aging: eliminate it. would risk depriving it of certain qualities.

So don't hesitate to let the wine decant in a carafe or in the glass a few minutes after serving.
