Olivier Collin was trained with one of the best winegrowers in Champagne, Anselme Selosse who is none other than the director of the famous Selosse champagne in Avize. The vintages of Champagne Ulysse Collin are uniquely parceled, aged in barrels and low in dosage. The champagnes are authentic and produced in very small quantities. A rare product !
