List of products by brand Château Larmande - Saint-Emilion

Château Larmande is a 25-hectare wine estate historically classified as Grand Cru of Saint-Émilion. We can find the first traces of its existence in 1569. This makes it one of the oldest Bordeaux wine estates.

It is the neighbor of Château Soutard which also belongs to the same owner, the La Mondiale Grand Cru group.

The vineyard is mainly composed of old sand with smaller portions of clay-limestone and siliceous clay in the soil.

The blend and grape varieties of the vineyard are quite classic with 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats before aging in French oak barrels in approximately 60% new wood and in amphorae for 18 months.

Around 70,000 bottles of Château Larmande are produced each year making a small production for the region.
