The Batch Kettle is a semi-artisanal and batch distillation method originating in Canada where it served the production of American whiskey.
This rum is mainly produced from sugar cane honeys and aged in American white oak barrels, having previously been used to age bourbon and whiskey for 6 years.
Color: Gold
Nose: Sweet and fruity aromas, wild flowers, vanilla notes
Palate: Elegant, delicate woody tannins, notes of toasted caramel, ripe red fruits
Overall: Soft and persistent
