La Gravière 2015 Chardonnay Côtes du Jura - Anne et Jean-François Ganevat
This wine comes from old vines cultivated on a terroir of gray Lias marl and iridescent marl.
This wine was vinified for 30 months according to the simplest rules, indigenous yeasts, not fined, unfiltered, without the addition of So2.
The presence of gas and of a deposit is therefore natural.
At WUAT we particularly like the wines of Ganevat. Also, to have tasted them often, we advise you to open and decant these wines at least two hours before tasting them.
