Tasting notes from February 2022: A dark red color, a spicy, herbaceous and mineral nose with flint notes. On the palate it is frank, the tannins present are firm, the aromas are in line with what the nose announced, to which are added black fruits and prune.
As we say at home "it does the trick" the perfect wine to open for a family meal to accompany grilled meats after a few hours of opening.
