One of the best rieussec ever made, better than the 2001 ! For those who do not know it yet, sweet wines can be kept a long time after beeing opened. No need to quickly finish the bottle or wait for a group of friends or your family to open a bottle. Do not hesitate to indulge yourself as an aperitif, with a blue cheese or a spicy dish you can easily leave your Sauternes in the fridge door for more than a month without any problem.
