Pur Sang 2017 - Domaine Didier Dagueneau
Pur Sang 2017 - Domaine Didier Dagueneau
The Pur Sang cuvée comes from a 2 hectares parcel of aged thirty-year-old vines located in La Folie, commune of Saint-Laurent-L'Abbaye.
The ground is made up of small flint and clay.
Classified as Vin de France, this sauvignon is grown in a sustainable way.
Only the most beautiful fruits, fully ripe, are used to make this nectar.
As with all Dagueneau cuvées, it is the terroir that is expressed above all, linked to the talent of the winegrower.
This wine is endowed with a beautiful harmony combining the concentration of the 2017 vintage, solar, whose yields were quite low with the vegetal freshness.
The RVF awarded it a very good score of 17.5 / 20.
The back label features this original text:
"Too much ...! Not enough ...? Or not enough too much !? In some way improper ... A star abandoned by its own, this Wine, then, is no more than in the waking dreams of Lovers who find their pleasure in the amorous quest for an infinity of authentic Pleasure ... "
