Collection: Bordeaux

Located in the southwest of France, Bordeaux is the largest wine region in the country with approximately 112,000 hectares. It produces mainly red wines, based on Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, but also dry whites (Sauvignon, Sémillon) and famous sweet wines. The vineyard, influenced by the Garonne, the Dordogne and the Atlantic Ocean, benefits from a temperate oceanic climate.

The region is divided into three zones:

  • Left bank : Médoc, Graves, Sauternes (dominantly Cabernet Sauvignon).
  • Right bank : Saint-Émilion, Pomerol (Merlot dominant).
  • Entre-deux-Mers : mainly dry whites.

With his 65 AOC appellations and prestigious classifications (1855, Saint-Émilion, Graves), Bordeaux is renowned for its elegant, balanced and very long-lived wines.
