All the grapes of the rosé spirit come from plots classified as Grand Cru.
At the tasting, you will discover an intense nose where the crushed strawberry and the biscuit intermingle with spices and pomegranate juice.
Then the notes become floral, rose and peony, with a touch of anise and undergrowth.
The attack is fresh and supple, the whole is rich with a nice acidity in the background.
The finish is fluid, clean and gives us a delicate, rounded champagne.
