Hermitage 2011 - Domaine des Tourettes - Delas

The Delas frères house has existed since the beginning of the 19th century. But it is only since 1996, after a change of management and heavy investments that the estate again produces high quality wines.

 The production of this 100% Syrah Hermitage is around 30,000 bottles per year. Maturing in 100% oak barrels, the proportion of which is new depending on the vintage.

  To the eye, the color is a deep, shiny dark red. On the nose, the Hermitage "Domaine des Tourettes" expresses itself with power and complexity in a register of black fruits, spices and leather. The palate, firm but silky, has a tight tannic structure which is the hallmark of the greatest wines for aging.
