Tasting advice: decant about 3 hour before tasting. Serving temperature: 17 to 18 degrees
The 2012 vintage is a great success at Cos, very tannic, it is a great wine for laying down which will take around 10 years to begin to open up with beautiful, ripe black fruits, wood and spices. As it ages, it will take on the particular toasted and cocoa notes that make Cos inimitable. Bottle available individually or by case.
