Château La Violette 2011 - Pomerol

Château la Violette takes its name, according to the statements, from the distinctive aroma of violets that emerges from the opening.

The trend of this castle continues to climb since a certain "flying winemaker" took an interest in it. Added to this is the fact that this domain produces as many bottles as a small domain of Burgundy or Champagne, around 25,000 bottles per year, making it relatively rare.

The terroir and the long aging in barrels of this Pomerol allow it to age easily over 20 years. This 2011 is far from its tasting peak.
