Wrote on the label: The characteristic taste of this wine comes from the presence in abundance in the subsoil of a ferruginous allios, or iron filth, which has given its name to the property.
Tasted buy the WUAT team in January 2021: On opening, a closed wine that evolves quickly in the glass. He then offers notes of cocoa, prune and violet. In the mouth, we note aromas of tobacco, leather and slightly blackcurrant.
In terms of structure, the tannins are completely melted and there is a good length in the mouth. Some metallic and ferrous aromas on the finish.
This last bottle has been kept in the same cellar as the one we tasted, we can guarantee than the conservation was perfect.
