2007 is a particularly favorable vintage for Chardonnay. As strange as it may seem, the Belle Epoque rosé cuvée is sublime on "rainy" vintages. But 2007 was difficult because of the summer rains.

Notes of white fruits and citrus fruits followed by beautiful notes of exotic fruits to finish with notes of spices. Quite simply a very great champagne. To be enjoyed now or to wait for many, many years.
