The De Venoge Champagne house was founded in 1837 by Henri-Marc De Venoge, originally from Switzerland and arrived in Champagne in 1825.
The brand therefore takes its name well from the "Venoge" River which supplies Lake Leman.

The 1996 vintage is a great success in Champagne, it would be a shame for lovers of bubbles not to be tempted by this vintage. Having tasted several, the old De Venoge cuvées are low in sugar and age particularly well.
