An intimate knowledge of the land of Champagne, an expertise passed down through the generations and a unique vineyard in the world have been driving the know-how of Moët & Chandon since 1743. Harmonious blend of more than 200 vintages and three Champagne grape varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier - Imperial Brut embodies the Moët é Chandon style. It is a complete, dynamic and generous Champagne. The wine has been matured on lees for several years before being declared ready for tasting by the cellar master. It develops a wide range of flavors: fresh fruit, white flowers and brioche.
WUAT's opinion: We never miss an opportunity to taste an old bottles of Moet or Veuve Clicquot, which is not really the case for "recent" vintages. These bottles still have great aging potential thanks to their natural acidity and their raw dosage. At the tasting, you will appreciate a chalky and round champagne with an extremely fine bubble and pastry aromas.
