Morey-St-Denis 1er Cru 1994 Mag - "Les Monts Luisants" - Pernin-Rossin
Perfect Color and level
Very good conditions
The Pernin-Rosin estate is a small historical producer located in Vosne-Romanée. Small in size, it produces only about 25,000 bottles per year on just under 7 hectares, with the average age of Pinot Noir vines is over 40 years.
"Les Monts Luisants" and the Morey-Saint-Denis appellation have great aging potential, as long as the wines are kept in good conditions. that's good, this is the case here.
As they age, the "Nuits" develop aromas of tobacco, spices and leather. A nice tasting in perspective for lovers of Burgundy wines and old vintages.
We recommend that you serve it directly after opening, in tall glasses, and savor it slowly to perceive its evolution.
