Château Giscours 2015 - 3rd classified grand cru of Margaux
It is the first wine of Château Giscours. It combines delicacy and finesse to offer you the elegance of a great Margaux. Very consistent, Château Giscours has a gravelly terroir and offers wines that are generally slightly richer and more powerful than many other properties of Margaux.
The 2016 vintage has all the qualities of a great Margaux. The weather conditions were optimal with what is needed in terms of rain, sun and temperature to obtain perfectly ripe berries. Giscours announces this vintage as possessing: "an aromatic brilliance (we don't really know what that means) and great finesse in the tannins".
