HAUT-BAILLY 1982 - PESSAC-LEOGNAN
The Château has evolved a lot since that time. It is now in organic farming the layout of the vineyard has changed to be more adapted to climatic conditions.
The 1982 vintage is a very great vintage. Like a Cos 86, this wine has taken many years to "develop". Now ready to drink, it will appeal to the most demanding amateurs.
We recommend that you open it at least two hours before tasting. Or, better yet, you can decant it and let it breathe for an hour and then taste it slowly (we know this is a tough task to do). You will thus discover the evolution of its aromas throughout the meal.
These bottles come from a very good cellar, a little too humid, the conditions of conservation of the wine is exceptional.
