Perfect condition in OWC
It is often said that in Bordeaux, "weak" vintages are more successful with wines from the Graves region. This is absolutely true for this 2011 vintage which is a great success in the southern part of the Bordeaux vineyard.
This Pape Clement is, as usual, a very classic style Pessac made to be aged. Highly rated by many critics, Pape Clément 2011 is one of the greatest successes of this vintage.
We also advise you to keep it for a few more years, ideally until 2025, in the cellar so that it reaches its peak. If in spite of everything you are in a hurry to taste it, a passage of several hours in a carafe will fit it very well.
