Presentation of the estate: Krug is a world-renowned Champagne house, founded in 1843 by Johann-Joseph Krug. It is recognized for its commitment to excellence and quality, as well as for its exceptional and powerful champagnes.
About the cuvée: The Krug Rosé 21st edition cuvée is the result of a complex blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. It is produced using traditional methods and aged for more than 7 years in the cellar. It is distinguished by its finesse, elegance and great aromatic complexity.
About the vintage: The vintage is not indicated on the bottle, because the house of Krug considers the blend to be more important than the vintage. However, this edition was bottled in 2011.
Anecdote: The Krug Rosé cuvée was first created in 1983 at the request of the Krug family themselves. Since then, it has become one of the house's most popular cuvées.
