The René Lalou cuvée pays homage to the former manager of the G.H Mumm House.
This great vintage Champagne cuvée, recognizable among all by its unique bottle, is only produced in exceptional vintages.
This cuvée comes from a blend of the best plots of Chardonnay and Pinot from the Mumm house only classified as Grands Crus. A prolonged aging of 10 years in the cellar allows this Champagne to fully express itself under gourmet notes of vanilla and nougat.
The wine is very fine, sharp and fresh and is intended for lovers of delicate champagnes.
The acidity and minerality of this cuvée give it great aging potential.
