At WUAT Christophe has always had a great love for Lynch Bages. It is indeed with this wine that the passion was born. We don't mess with Lynch!
Lynch has always embodied Pauillac in its purest style. Powerful and very difficult to taste in young years, it becomes magnificent and unique with age.
1989 is clearly one of Lynch-Bages' greatest achievements. We indicate here the Château's comments on it:
An exceptional vintage with a very abundant harvest. Climatic conditions bordering on perfection, associated with extremely early harvests, contributed to the development of ripe wines, of perfect concentration, with velvety tannins.
The generous character of the vintage is expressed today by its well-integrated tannins and the richness of its aromas.
A great hedonistic Lynch-Bage.
