Unfortunately, the Pierre-Rollin Jacob estate do not exist any more since 15 years ago . This small estate of less than 10 ha at the time produced only wines from the Côtes de Beaune appellations (Corton-Charlemagne, Aloxe-Corton, Pernand-Vergelesses and Beaune). The wines from this estate are incredibly concentrated and tannic for Burgundy, hence their wonderful aging potential. As they age, they develop into aromas of undergrowth and spices.
